Paul Ferrini in Bonn

Last week Paul Ferrini was in Bonn. I had the great pleasure to meet him in person to be allowed.

Here are some essential ideas from my own personal summary:

- The most important is the daily journey from the head to the heart.

- The main task: To love oneself, just as one is now.

- If we are here in a body in the world, this means that the object of unconditional love for yourself and for others to feel, is still not (completely) fulfilled.

- Two steps: 1 YES! is to what ... 2. Embrace the situation as it is ...

- If I am not able to love me unconditionally, I am not in
able to love others unconditionally.

- RADICAL COMPASSION acceptance = = LOVE

- the challenge is precisely the alleged error in you and me ... to accept ...

- day job: What can I today to me or other ACCEPT
I COULD HAVE NOT ACCEPT?
